Personal data are data that can be used to identify an individual and includes the name and contact details provided by users of the website when submitting forms on the website.  Personal information is only collected where it is necessary to carry out the user’s request.

When you register your interest in this development via the registration form, your personal details are encrypted and set via email to Carroll Estates.  We also store this information in a spreadsheet which we use to send out emails to you in relation to Ashwood Hall.  We will delete this information once all houses in the development have been sold.

We will not divulge your customer information to a third party unless we have received customer authorisation OR we are required to do so by law.

Non-personal Data

Non-personal data include cookies that anonymously measure activity on the Ashwood Hall website. Non-personal data are not linked to an individual user.
